Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 November 2026
This policy explains what the Jekkd Haus app ("the app") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The app is how members and coaches of the Jekkd Haus training studio follow their training, memberships and studio life.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Emre Toprak (Jekkd Haus), Antalya, Türkiye. Contact: killemre07@icloud.com.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email address and, if given, phone number.
- Profile for training: date of birth, sex, body weight, height, goals, job, how often you want to train, and the injuries, limits or conditions you or your coach record. Injuries and conditions are health information; they are used only to keep your training safe.
- Training: attendance, sessions you joined, the sets and weights logged for you, tested maxes (RMs) and test results.
- Membership and purchases: your plan, renewal dates, payments the studio records, and items taken from the studio fridge.
- Community: group chat messages, direct messages with other members, event sign-ups and check-ins, reports you make about messages, and people you block.
- Profile photo: the photo you choose for your profile, if you add one.
- Club points: the points you earn each month (sessions, events, PRs, sharing your session, Strava distance) and the monthly leaderboard results.
- Strava (only if you connect it): your Strava name and photo, and for each activity its type, name, date, distance, time, pace, elevation, heart rate and route map. Activities you mark private on Strava are shown only to you. We only read from Strava; we never post to it. Disconnecting Strava, in the app or on Strava, deletes everything we imported.
- Notifications: a push notification token for your device, if you allow notifications.
Session stories you make in the app, and the photos you put in them, stay on your phone. They leave it only if you share or save them yourself.
We do not track you across other apps or websites, do not show ads, and do not sell your data.
How we use it
- To run your membership: schedule sessions, take attendance, record payments and remind you about renewals.
- To program your training: work out your weights from your maxes, adjust sessions around your injuries, and show your progress.
- To keep the community working: group chat, direct messages, events, and moderating reported messages.
- To run the monthly club leaderboard and its prizes, and to show your Strava activities in the app.
- To send you notifications about sessions, plans, events, payments and messages.
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for, to meet legal obligations (for example accounting records), and, for health information, on the basis of your explicit consent given when you join, in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase hosts the app's database, sign-in and server functions.
- Anthropic (Claude) helps coaches draft training plans. When a coach plans a month or a session, the group's training-relevant data (first names, training history, maxes, injuries and limits) is sent to Anthropic's API to write the plan. It is not used to train their models.
- Apple delivers push notifications to your device.
- Strava, if you connect it, sends us your activities. Their own privacy policy covers what you share with them.
- Vercel hosts this website.
These providers may store data outside Türkiye. They process it only to provide their service to us.
Who can see your data
Studio coaches see the training and profile information they need to coach you. Payments and the fridge tab are visible only to the studio owner. Other members see your name and messages in the groups you share, and who is going to sessions and events. Members of the studio can open your member card: your name, photo, groups, the day and month of your birthday (never the year), sessions and events this month, and your Strava activities that aren't private. Direct messages are seen only by the two people in the conversation, except a message someone reports, which a coach sees so they can act on it. On the club leaderboard other members see only places and points until the last week of the month, when names appear. You can hide yourself from the leaderboard.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are a member. If you delete your account, your personal details are erased and your login is closed. Records the studio is required to keep, such as payments, and anonymous training statistics are kept without your name.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account yourself in the app (You → Delete account, or Studio → Delete account for coaches), or email killemre07@icloud.com. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Age
The app is for Jekkd Haus members aged 16 and over. It isn't meant for anyone younger, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and tell members in the app when the change matters.
